Villa Martta – Ylläs, Lapland Hideaway Near Trails

Experience unforgettable moments at our brand-new villa, completed in autumn 2025, in a peaceful spot on the edge of the national park in the heart of the Seven Fells. Ski, bike, or hike directly from the villa onto scenic trails through breathtaking nature. Slopes and shops are also close by. Breathe the world’s purest air from two terraces. Enjoy the unique log sauna, relax by the indoor fireplace, and take advantage of the excellent amenities. A cozy café is also nearby! In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa and armchair, and you can enjoy the warmth of a roaring fire in the impressive stone fireplace. The large TV and quality sound system provide evening entertainment. From the windows, you can admire peaceful forest views, where reindeer and other Lapland wildlife are often spotted. Ylläs Fell can also be seen on the horizon through the trees. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook, and the oak dining table offers plenty of room for your group. You can also pick up delicious ready-made meals from the nearby store. There are three bedrooms: one single room with a workspace downstairs, another downstairs room with a comfortable double bed, and a third bedroom on the loft – a favorite hideaway for children, but equally suitable for adults. Two showers and toilets ensure convenience. One shower and toilet are located in the handcrafted log sauna building, just a meter from the villa’s front door. The sauna is wood-heated, and firewood for both the sauna and fireplace is included in the price. An electric car charging point is available in the yard (€50 per stay). Bed linen can be provided for an additional €30 per person, or you are welcome to bring your own. The villa features efficient underfloor heating and ventilation – all surrounded by the magical atmosphere of Lapland.
